Not sure if you plan to cloth diaper or use disposable, but you
can get really good deals at CVS, especially with the Extra Care
Bucks.
I rarely shop at babies-r-us, but right now they have a lot of
food on sale. You don't need it soon, but it's nice to have ready.
if you have family and friends by, try to get them to help you
stock up if they can. If you don't plan to find out the gender of
your baby, you will get a lot more essentials, rather than frilly
dresses or what have you. We waited until birth to find out and we
got a lot of useful stuff at the shower. She lived in sleepers the
1st few months anyway.
If you are on Facebook ,there are a lot of cosignment groups you
can find where you can get stuff cheaper than in the store. I am
selling a lot of my daughter's old stuff there.
