A good deed for today

I couponed faithfully for almost 2 years thanks to Southern
Savers. Unfortunately I had to stop last September when my 5 yo was
diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Thankfully, 3 months of
chemo and a bone marrow transplant later he is doing well.
Throughout it all, we only had to run to the store for fresh milk
and veggies. And, my stockpile is still going strong! I had enough
personal items that I could keep makeup and hair stuff and whatever
else I needed at home and at the hospital, and not have to bother
with packing a bag going back and forth when taking turns and
staying the night. Even now that we are back home, my freezer was
full so I am using that up. It makes things so nice as I cannot
take my son out shopping yet. When he is allowed a bit more freedom
as to going to germy stores, I'll start couponing again. So, if any
of you are on the fence about keeping a stockpile, my advice to you
is DO IT!
Now to how you can help. While my son was in the hospital for
4.5 months, once every week a couple of fabulous ladies came around
with a cart FULL of toys or books. They are called Happy Wheels. No
matter how awful my little man felt that day, he always got out of
his bed and was thrilled when he got to pick something from Happy
Wheels. Anyways, a local Columbia company is having a contest
between several charities, and the winner will win $1000. If Happy
Wheels can win, that would buy A LOT of books and toys for sick
children in the hospital. The contest runs the rest of this month
and all you have to do is go to www.facebook.com/SunPrintingInc
and post "Happy Wheels" on their page once a day. It takes just a
few seconds to do each day. Please help them win! Thank you so
much!
