Do you stay up until midnight New Year's Eve?

Started by Marie , author of Craft Ideas, Kids Crafts, Recipes and More | Make and Takes 12/29/2010 9:02:00 PM

I always have the desire to stay up until midnight, but the last few years I've gone to bed before the ball drops! Even with my kids, we try to stay up as long as we can, but then call it a night around 10pm (ringing in the new year a little early!)

Can you stay up all night?

I get pretty tired, but have stayed up "just" until midmight the last few years.

This year we are going to a party at a friends house...hope I don't fall asleep wink

Using our New Year's Countdown Bags makes the evening go a lot faster...surprisingly.

I have good intentions as well and did pretty well until I had a child.  Now, by the time he passes out, I'm ready to follow. LOL

We live in Colorado and have 4 year old twins, so we tire easily.  We turn on Dick Clark and watch and enjoy the countdown on eastern time.  So it's actually only 10:00 our time when we're celebrating, and we're in bed before midnight! It's great!

I always try to but end of crashing. My boys are in bed by 7pm so I'm going to celebrate w/ the earlier. In the last few years I've woken up at 11:55!! Just in time...then out again.

I usually stay up, but I am so upset about my husband having to work tonight, that I may either read, go to bed, or work out my rage. lol
