Holiday cards. Are you sending them out this year?

Started by Aracely {Daytrippingmom} , author of Daytripping Mom - Southern California Family Destination and Event Guide 11/24/2010 9:33:49 AM

This year I'm overly ambitious and plan on stamping my own cards. I have a super duper crafty friend that was kind enough to pretty much created a system for me to assemble my cards and have them ready to be labeled tomorrow afternoon so that they can be sent Friday.

Are you sending out holiday cards this year? if you are have you sent them out? Will you be doing online, photo cards or hand assembled?

Yes! I just ordered my Christmas photo cards from Minted. They have super cute designs.  I love holiday photo cards. I display the ones from friends for the entire month and LOVE looking at them!

You crafty types amaze me:-) I don't know how you super moms pull that off. I need to get my living room clean before I could even consider hand assembly of cards.

Being a photographer I'm all about the digital. I'll put something together in digital form and have it printed.

We've done Shutterfly in the past and really liked it. Nice and simple is my MO!

I always mean to send cards out every year. I think the last time I sent them out on time was six years ago. They were, of course, pictures of the family on the beach in jeans and white tops. LOL.

What I've started doing is sending out a Happy New Year card. There's just too much going on and I can't keep up. By the end of January, my head is almost back on straight and I can send good wishes for a new year.

YES! holiday cards are the highlight of the season for me!
