My husband and I plan to start a family one day soon, and this question has been on my mind for a loooong time. I grew up attending public schools and a Christian semi-private school, and my education was ok.

But friends of mine who were homeschooled seem to have had a much more interesting and extensive education, at least when they had a lot of resources on hand.

I've also known people who were homeschooled as youngsters, then went to public school when they were a little older.

My other choice, depending on cost, is private school, and I've heard very little about how it compares to public schools or homeschooling.

So I'm hoping some of you can give me some tips. What choices did you make for your kids? Have you ever changed your mind about their schooling? What would you recommend? :-)
