Success at work is knowing I did the best with the time and resources that I had.  Success in life is that you are happy with your life even though it may not be perfect (in the words of my daughter!)

When I was working full-time success to me meant several things.  First, knowing that I was taking care of my children financially was very important to me.  Secondly I felt as though I was successful in the workplace when my responsibilities increased.  It made me feel as though my supervisor acknowledged my hard work and capabilities.
