Hi,

My name is Lisa.

I have been married for 22 years now. We have a 5 year old who is our miracle baby. I am a stay at home mom. I love to blog and have giveaways. I love to meet other bloggers. I learned that I am gluten intolerance about 2 years ago now. I am also intolerant to sugar and dairy produts. I love to share my expericences in the hope that it will help someone else.

hello Lisa

I'm Angela I live in England. My kids and I are all on a gluten free diet due to hereditary gluten intollerance. We discovered it about 6 years ago when my baby was very very ill.
