My ex moron once told me "its not my fault" when I caught him in bed (my bed) with another woman. It wasn't funny at the time, but now, I realize what a moron he was (is).

Oh, how incredibly kind of him :)

My moron used to get so "dumb" just before a big blow up.  I called it his "Duh mood."  Maybe it was done on purpose just to annoy me so the minute I rolled my eyes or got a tone in my voice, he had reason to attack.

One day, I'm getting out of the shower and combing out my long, wet hair... he says, with a criticizing tone, "Uh, there's water on your shoulder!"

Gee, ya think!?!

Oh, and I forgot this one:

"We would get along just fine if you would just obey me!"

Yes, he actually said it!

Wow - that Morn needs to be welcomed into the 21st century!!! And I have some ideas how......LOL!!!!

Mine would say "its just a misunderstanding" which would put the responsibility on me for "misunderstanding" some stupid thing he had done. In an answer to his being caught in a HUGE lie "its just a misunderstanding" in answer to his ever increasing anger management issues "its just a misunderstanding"... yep well buddy - thinking you were a gentleman or a friend, was just a misunderstanding too!

Kelly,

You were probably told you were too sensitive too.  My moron was in the military, so he used that as an excuse... "they just talk that way in the military and you need to get used to it."  I just spent 2 1/2 months living on a ship with the US Navy.  Not once did I feel hurt by the way they spoke to me!

MORON!

Yes, that's a pretty popular one, eh, Billie?

I used to host a meme called "OH NO HE DIDN'T! Tuesday" where I shared the stupid stuff my husband said from time to time.

Okay so to answer your question, here are a few:

  1. "Our baby gets her cankles from you."
  2. After farting in our van with the windows up on a hot day..."Take it like a good wife."
  3. After killing all 7 azalea bushes in our yard..."They were giving our daughter allergies."

Yes, I'm married to this man. And I love him. lol
