I love to bake and cook from scratch.  I learned how to make danish and my family enjoys that.  Every Weekend we make pancakes or waffles from scratch.  Blueberry pancakes are awesome.

Bake from scratch, for sure! If I'm in a hurry or short on time, yes, I'll "add water," but I definitely prefer to bake from scratch. It tastes so much better and you actually feel proud and accomplished of what you've made!

Yup!  Most of the time it is cheaper, not to mention tastes better!  I am also teaching my kids to cook from scratch, even the boys.  I am earning brownie points with my future daughter-in-law!  HAHA
