June Blog Party -- Speed Scrap #2 (6/24 at 9pm Eastern)

Started by Suzy , author of Digital Scrapbooking Designs by SuzyQ Scraps 6/24/2010 8:01:23 PM

Are you ready for another speed scrap?

The theme for this speed scrap is movie genre -- the subject or overall theme of your layout needs to match any movie genre -- action, comedy, drama, romance, horror, thriller, sci fi, etc. So, for example, if I choose to go with ROMANCE, then the pictures/elements and overall theme of my layout need to match that theme. Does that make sense?

1. Choose at least 2 pictures, up to 6 pictures, that match your "theme" -- crop them into squares.

Going to give it a shot!  We'll see how it goes!

Welcome!

Don't forget to choose a movie genre for your theme!

1. Choose at least 2 pictures, up to 6 pictures, that match your "theme" -- crop them into squares.

2. Find a kit that will correspond with your theme. I'm going with comedy, so my kit of choice is Giggle Monsters. (You don't have to use one of my kits -- use whatever you have in your stash.)

so... im doing a set of photos of my daughter racing dandies.. an adventure, no? is that okay? so now i have to find an adventure kit? hmm... might not be so easy for me!

Angela -- an adventure kit or something with bold adventurous colors or a playful kit ... but not necessary an adventure-themed kit.

3. Arrange the pictures in a row or a column (or multiple rows/columns) so that each picture is touching at least one other picture. (So, for example, I have 5 pictures and I arranged them in one row and each picture is touching the one next to it.)
