I usually just get the code from the upload and paste the HTML right into my blogger template. Done.

I have used the embed automatic code, you can also tweak the sizes if you go to the code to make it customizable to your margins and stuff.

Just another thought: If you have wordpress there is a plugin you can get that just needs the url of the video as well:)

The plugin that Shannon is mentioning is the chromeless youtube and the other one that I am using is the HTML Javascript Adder. I use these for my wordpress blog.
