Snack foods at your house

We have begun eating soft pretzels and they are so good I can't remember what we ate before them (and it really isn't healthy to eat them everyday - haha).  We eat apples and bannas too, and used to do cheese sticks (but can't since my youngest who has milk allergies became mobile)... inspire me!  We need some variety!

I have a snack container where I keep things that B can access for snack time but right now we are stuck on raisins (the mini boxes), granola bars, nutrigrain bars, and fruit snacks.

I need some new ideas too!

We do apples, but only Granny Smiths because Maddie's fructose/sugar intolerance.  They have a lot less than other apple types.

Because of her problem, we are pretty limited.  They both like Snyder's Sourdough bites (I think they're called) and they are free of HFCS.  I also came upon Veggie Sticks.  Have you seen them?  Kind of like a puff form of a french fry.  But they are made from veggies.

I've also tried some Annie's varieties of snacks, again, due to Maddie's issues.

@ liz - What exactly is fructose/Sugar intolerance?  Is that like pre-diabetes?

We do a lot of Annie's snacks.  Cereal and dried fruit to make trail mixes.  Fruit.  And I'll admit the Nature's Path Toaster Pastries (Brown Sugar Maple), though I do try to keep these to an occasional treat and not an everyday snack.

we do a lot of cut up stuff to dip in peanut butter, celery Apples, Strawberries. Frozen nutri-grain bars (TraderJoes is the best choice I have found so far). Mini Babybel chesses (they are the little red round ones and costco carries big bags of them)

Glowing Girl - That is brilliant!  I have a list of meals that I compiled for days when I can't think of anything to make, I can go look at the list.  I really should do that with snacks too!  Thanks for sharing your list with us!

@my 3 ducks - Freezing nutrigrain bars - that sounds interesting and yummy!  Thanks!

I like the idea of a snack list too. We have goldfish all the time for after naptime snack.

We eat a lot of Goldfish pretzels, fruit, yogurt and string cheese. Thankfully None of my children have any type of food allergies so we aren't limited to what they can eat and they by no means are picky eaters.

Our normal snacks are apples, bananas, strawberries, frozen yogurt tubes, homemade granola bars, dry cereal (Life or Multigrain Cheerios), Stacy's Naked pita chips with humus, cut up veggies and homemade dip.
