My kids are on the move this summer and it is HOT outside. What creative ways do you keep your kids hydrated in the Summer?

I keep water bottles outside so, JDaniel can grab one when he needs one.

Popsicles - I bought a cheap make them yourself set so we can make them with less sugar than store bought.  Frozen fruit is also a nice treat that hydrates a bit.  And plenty of cold water on hand!

Popsicles .... even if you just pour water into a mold ... or save a few plastic tubes and fill with water ... my kids just know that they are COLD.  And they love it.

Have a dedicated water bottle per kid ... keep filled with ice water.  I usually sprinkle a tiny bit of stevia in the water, or a bit of flavored tea (they love peach and blueberry the best).  They drink more because of the flavor, and I'm happy because it's not koolade and soda pop.

Freeze chunks of watermelon - drop into the water bottles instead of ice cubes.

Watermelon ... serve after chilling in the frig.

I love the flavor you add to water. The watermelon cubes sound great!

I just found pedialyte powders you can empty into a water bottle, I'm keeping those on hand in case pumpkin gets really dehydrated!
