Ooooh, I do have a good one, but there's no way in stinkin' heck that I'll be able to "food blog" it before Monday!

Russian Pork Chops
{this recipe is delicious! from Colorado Cache Cookbook, I've been eating it since I was a baby!}

4 pork chops, 1 1/5 inches thick
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bay leaf
salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Brown pork chops in oil and remove from pan. Add floud and stir to loosen crusty bits from bottom of pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Return pork to pan, cover and cook slowly about 50 minutes or until tender.

Hope you try it, it's SO GOOD!
