What does everyone think of the new site?

I know I kinda threw everyone for a loop with changing the look and name of the new site but I had to do something. I personally think this one is working a lot better but I'd love your thoughts on it. Is there something missing from the old site you'd like me to add? Anything..I'm open to suggestions!
