Stripping Diapers

Started by Stacy 8/5/2010 10:34:23 AM

What is everyone's choice way to strip their dipes?  I have never had any issues with absorbancy but we just got back from visiting family in FL and they are just not working the same :(.  I did a soak/rinse and there are lots of bubbles.  After rinsing and soaking 4 times there are still bubbles.  Do you boil on the stove or add boiling water to your washer?  Is there something else I should try?  I have seen many different methods online so just want to know what everyone else does.

I'm not sure if it was a change in water or trying to use a front loader and not really know what I was doing.  Whatever the reason, I just want my dipes back to normal.

If you are still getting bubbles, don't put any more detergent just keep rinsing with warm/ hot water until you get no bubbles. I have been having repelling issues because of the recalled Rockin Green detergent and I'm trying to get them back. If you werent used to a front loader you might have used too much detergent.

I second that - keep rinsing!
