Donation Locations for 2010 Give Back Challenge

Started by Melissa 10/21/2010 4:25:21 PM

Since I'm new to the area, I was hoping fellow readers could advise me on some great places to take donations to.  Websites for non-profits, physical addresses, etc are all appreciated to get me started, plus hopefully it will help a few others find a location as well.  I live in the Littleton area, so would love info on places near me, but any donation centers are encouraged, in case it helps others find a place.  Can't wait for the Bargain Blessings readers to meet & beat Jennie's challenge! :)

Okay, if you're looking for donation places, here's some websites to get you started.  Also, animal shelters will usually accept dish detergent, old towels, blankets, newspaper, pet food, bowls, etc.

I know that many of you attend JFC, so I wanted to mention that they are currently gathering items for the Thanksgiving outreach. Please feel free to drop off your donation items to any of the church offices! :)
