I am just starting to think about coupons. I have used them in the past but never to actually make a difference that is visible. So I just bought the store brands and figured I was doing enough, but seeing that its possible to spend less using coupons seems like an amazing deal. I am just not sure how to match coupons to stores and or making all the store coupon rules to make it work it feels kinda over whelming.

Can any one help walk me through understanding all the different aspects? I am really lost.
