AND/OR entering them into a giveaway for a giftcard if they complete the survey. I've tried Zoomerang: but you can't customize the final page unless you are a paying member. Which I don't want to be. I also tried MailChimp. But you can only ask 10 questions unless you are a paying member. And I need to ask a few more. Then I was thinking, maybe I could do a survey thru MailChimp or something like that. Or Google Docs? Anywhoo. Does anyone have any experience with any of these sites?
