I am glad you are able to get out! Would you be temporarily leaving or permanently?

I just saw this on the news and wondered if you were going to leave.  Debra my heart really goes out to you and your family.  I can't imagine how difficult this situation is on ya'll especially knowing that by leaving your husband will be staying behind.  At the same time I'm sure your husband will feel much better knowing his family is safe.  Do you have a place to stay at here in the states? and how are the children doing?

Voluntary evacuations have started! We should be flying out soon. We just don't know when. The "rumor" is that the group the kids & I would be flying out in would be leaving sometime next week. But I don't know how true that is. However our bags are packed & we are ready at a moments notice.

temporary. We still have a 15-27 month tour left here.

Terri~We are hoping for hotels otherwise we will stay with my in-laws. I really don't want to stay there, though. My mother-in-law has cancer & has been going through chemo since November. I don't want to stress her out further & put her in harms way because of our germs.

 Let us know if there is anything that we can do.
