I get the concept of meme, but what does "Meme" mean?  What's it abbreviated for?  Here are the days that I have recorded, for a post when I'm not feeling original!
 
Not Me Mondays from McMama
 
Post It Note Tuesdays from SupahMommy
 
What I Meant to Say Wednesdays from Hiding from the Kids
Works for Me Wednesday
 
Tell The Truth Thursdays 
 
Frugal Fridays
 
I didn't write down the authors from the last 2...who can fill me in?  
 
I can say that I've done Not Me Monday which is fun, and want to do Post It Note Tuesday too!! They all look like fun!!

meme's started out as a weekly questionare that one person filled out and then another and then another.. blogging came around and made it into writing prompts..etc.

I dont think its abreviated for anything it just means an idea that can replicate and evolve.
