Social Media expert/mom How do U do it?

Ahh, I met you a few months ago, probably through TellingDad. But anyway, i am wondering how you keep up with all the new conferences and linking them up for everybody to see. How do YOU do it all?

Plus you are a Mom of 2 adorable children!

Wow!

I think for me anyway, I have to prioritize my day. There is a time for Twitter, blogging, blogfrog and the Laundry. And believe it or not, my kids have a spot in there as well.

How do you survive the WHOLE social media stuff anyway? (I think you do an excellent job BTW, and if I were in charge of all social media conferences everywhere you would get a free pass to them ALL for just talking about them on your site.) You rock girl!

You are so sweet! :-)

Quite honestly, I don't have any secrets on how I manage it all. I recently took a 1-2 month break from blogging, only posting here and there, and needed it to refuel my think-tank and help me reassess my goals. Encourage everyone to do it if they feel some distance will help them stay passionate about things.

In my "professional career" besides blogging, I am a helper, a facilitator, and a connector. Therefore, it feels only natural for me to act like that in social media, hence www.BlogConferenceNewbie.com. I use various social media outlets to help me keep track of the newest of news and other contacts in social media. It CAN be a lot of work, but I just try to maximize the time I do have, even if it's 5 minutes here and there.

I found blogging was taking too much time away from my kids, which is one of the reasons I pulled back for a bit. But now I have managed to make blogging fit back into MY life rather than the other way around.

But I open this up to all of you....how do you balance it all?!
