Hi Guys!

We all are trying to build relationships in order to build a better blog.  One thing I really wish others knew about (for Blogger only) has to do with allowing email follow-up from commenters.  Once I made this change to my settings, I started receiving comments emailed to me and it has allowed me to respond directly to the commenter and build a relationship that way.

There are 2 factors involved, but only one is something you can control.

1.  Go to Settings, then Comments.  All the way at the bottom there is a section called "Comment Notification Email".  Enter your email address there.

2. The commenter needs to have their email address "turned on" in their profile, otherwise the email you received from your commenter will have a "noreply@ blogger" address.  To change that, go to your Profile and make sure you have your email entered in the Email Address box under the Profile section.  Also, make sure to check the box in the Privacy section that reads, "Show my email address."

I've been able to do a lot of chatting with fellow bloggers as a result of these 2 things.
