Tonia, if you are sore, take 500mgs of ginger. You can get it at GNC. Also, bromelain 3 times a day, not at meal time. It's an enzyme from pineapple and it aids in digestion and is a natural anti inflammatory.
I started(for a short time) lifting weights with a trainer earlier this year. The first week, I literally could not get my arms up to wash my hair.
