How much do you typically pay for a great pair of jeans?

Do you think buying designer jeans is worth the extra cost? I must confess, I *love* my Seven jeans. :)

Well, since I really don't spend money on clothes for myself, it's been awhile since I bought anything :-)

I did buy a pair of jeans at Goodwill for $3 to take to Blissdom, and love them, they are the most comfortable pair I own.
