We're Shredding

We just finished Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred over at Balancing Beauty and Bedlam. Very sorry, but it will be SO worth it. Anyone else getting their exercise routine back in gear this fall?

I would love to do the shred with you, but I am 6 months pregnant. So my exercise routine it pretty basic walking and resistance bands. But plan to try the shred as soon as my midwife clears me.

Hello everyone, I am doing the 30 day shred, too, but I have to say that I haven't been doing it everyday. The first two days were rough, and so I took a day off. Then it became a routine of every other day. I have bad knees (osteo-arthritis) so I have to be careful. But, I LOVE the DVD, and I look forward to it. I hope you are having as much fun as I am... no weight loss yet for me, but my clothes fit better and more loose! Yeah!


I've actually started and hope to shred a few pounds.  Have not exercised most of the summer but, have been slacking.
