I'm new to Blogfrog as of tonight, so I don't have any followers yet, but I would love to know the right approach to this.

So far, I have! I guess I don't see any reason not to, yet!

Yep I do! It's so easy to follow back on Blog Frog which I love. I just click and it's done. I try to go through my list every couple days and follow everyone back.

I do my best to! Especially if the content of the blog is something that really interests me. My life is a little chaotic at times so it's hard for me to keep up with everyone I follow but I try!

Yes!  When you join a community, your blog posts are added to the community "Blog Posts" whenever you post! 

I rarely open my Google Reader anymore - I just surf my Community members!  It has been a great way to discover new blogs outside my familiar circle!
