BF Thumbnail not working

At the moment it is not working for me when I post in communities. When I look at my profile, the photo is there, but not when I post.

I refreshed the feed, title and thumbnail photo a while ago, but nothing has changed.

Any ideas?

Hazel Nut - Click "edit profile" in the upper right next to your profile picture and then click "Update Blog Image" on the left side of the page.  It might take a few minutes, but the thumbnail she be refreshed.


I have done that a few times, but I will try again today.

We've got it figured out.  We were trying to generate the thumbnail from www.ourhappynuthouse.com instead of ourhappynuthouse.com.  We'll get it fixed.  No need for you to do anything else.

I am having the same problem.  It used to work just fine but not any more.  I have clicked in refresh many times but nothing happens.  HELP!?!?!

Gwen - It looks the 3rd party we use to generate thumbnails got stuck on your thumbnail.  I've asked them to refresh yours since it's not working for me either.  Should be fixed shortly.

Gwen - I just heard from the "thumbnail" company that they had a problem and are refreshing a big batch of thumbnails and it might be another day before yours is refreshed.

Thanks for your patience.  We're going to refund your premium membership for August.
