I'll probably participate in this, especially since I'm doing Problogger's 31 days to build a better blog starting in mid-July.

I've never participated in a carnival before though. I post my entry BEFORE submitting it? Or I submit my entry to be posted the day the carnival comes out?

It's up to you of course - but usually the best thing to do is post it on the day of the carnival. But I do need to have what the link will be when you submit your post to the carnival in the form.

Easiest if you set up a draft (so you know what the link will be) and then publish it on the 1st.
