Shred....Anyone starting it???

Started by Lynn 4/25/2010 7:07:54 PM

I am convinced to start it.  I bought the DVD and got to day three and then the dvd stopped.  I suppose it was defective.  So then I used that excuse to not exercise.  So tonight I am starting fresh (I bought a new DVD).  Anyone else starting?

Thanks Jackie for the motivation!

Awesome Lynn!

As long as you stay consistently consistent you will do great! Message me if you ever have a question :)

Lynn,
Give it all you got.  I have been doing the shred off and on for a couple months and am happy with the results.  I only do it about 4x's per week.  Jackie definitely has way more willpower than I do.  The first few days are hard, but after that you will start noticing results and its a great feeling.

Warning---Level 3 is a killer!!  I tried it again yesterday and there are still a couple moves I can't handle yet.

I can't figure out the DVD though.  Do I watch night one, then two, then three, then one again?  I feel like an idiot.

I did level 1 for about 7 days then went to Level 2 for about 10 days.  If I take more than 4 days off I go back to level 1 for a day or two then back up.  I just recently felt like I could conquer level 3, but I'm not ready for it yet.

Personally, I think you should just progress to the next level as you feel ready for.  Each level is a lot harder than the one before.  Personally, level 2 is my favorite.  I feel like a get a better overall workout on that level than the other 2.

Thank you Casey!  I bought a new DVD thinking the first one only had 3/30 days.  Duh!

Anyway - I will do that and really change the weights to add to the intensity.
