Hey Jackie! I just restarted the Shred and am on L2 D3 right now... after I finish I am planning on starting JMs new Yoga Meltdown, combined with her other two fabulous DVDs :)

I am also doing P90X. I am on week 4 day 3. I love the recovery week. Jackie I think that you are going to love core synergestics!! It is my favorite so far.

Allison i hear that is awesome!!! Oh goodness my bones are jumping of excitement!!! lol.. Yea i know that is sooooo weird.. But i really can't wait..

I feel stronger. But, I haven't lost any weight yet. Kind of disappointing. I am doing measurements and pictures this weekend so we will see. I can do 2 pull ups by myself now. I love Tony.

2 Pull ups is BIG time!! I don't think i can even think of trying yet..lol.. YEa he is awesome and funny too :)

I've heard great things about  P90X and Shred, best of luck with them.

Right now I am using Julie Lohre's Total Bikini  Program
