Share your secret to staying "on top of it all"

Started by Janis , author of Sneak Peek At Me 5/4/2010 2:46:08 PM
I am finding it increasingly difficult to manage all the different parts of  my life right now. I need to keep track of medical, therapy, personal and work related stuff - separately and simultaneously.

HELP!!

What is the one gadget, software, website etc that you think would help me out?

What is your secret to staying efficient? Please tell me coffee or wine is not the only answer. I need some practical advice on making this all work.

Google calendar.

It will text page you with reminders for appointments, and you can keep a separate "calendar" for each person or type of event, and yet view them all on one page.

I've found The Complete Caregiver to be helpful. They sell a notebook with helping the person you are caring for AND you, the caregiver, in mind. They also provide downloadable forms you can print out too. I use these forms often and they help my daughter and I. Hope that helps. =]

Oh thanks I am going to have to check that one out.

I love Google calendar! You can get it on your phone, and also share it for other people (like a husband) who need to know where to be or when appointments are.
