I'm back on the wagon for the fall, hopefully for good :)

I joined WW online - have any of you tried that?

My sis and I used to go to meetings when I lived downstate but I'm not really interested in joining a local group up here at least for now.

I spent the money on WW online mostly to hold myself accountable and take advantage of their tools.

I joined online, but am going to the group too. It costs the same. Sigh.... I've lost 1/2 pound in a month. I guess I need to actually track my points and see what happens.

Oh dear bless you...I just am so upset with myself because I will do great and then go bizerk with food usually at night lol...uuugh coke is my downfall. I pray and just believe that God is going to give me the grace to completely abstain from coke. Please pray for me.
