Interesting.
I should be queen of this, since I have been forced to live on so little for so long, lol! Buy only what you need. Make the distinction from "want" and "need".
That is my biggest thing.

Drive old cars. No payments, liability coverage only.

I'm trying to wean my son from his incredibly expensive hypoallergenic formula. He eats meat, he eats dirt, he eats cake... how can milk hurt him???

That said i haven't dared take the full step. Yet.

I am truly considering cutting off my home phone and cable.  Two weeks ago AT&T shut down all day and I was without a cell phone so I don't know.

My #31dbbb "Solve a Problem" post was about this very topic.  Check it out.  How to Stretch a Chicken

I started combining laundry loads instead of sorting every last thing. Like I started washing towels with everyday clothes instead of doing a separate load.

We got rid of our landline and only use our cell phones. We do laundry once a week after 6 p.m.

This is where I give you a list of "no-nos" You see, I am a mom and quite frankly am tired of the "No-No" bit. Use what is supposed to be common...common sense, common courtesy; we will get along just fine.
