I like the template and style of your Blogger blog MUCH better. It is pretty and streamlined. BUT, I know so, so, SO many bloggers who end up switching to WordPress because of the features and flexibility. I am confidant that, if you stay wih WordPress, you can reproduce a site very similar to the one you have at Blogger. In fact, I had to look at the footer to see which was which. Your Blogger theme looks much more like what I normally see on WP and visa versa.
Personally, I never used Blogger. I started with WP.com, then later switched to WP.org. I use the Atahualpa theme. It is incredibly customizable, so you can choose the # of sidebars, the colors, the header, etc. You can actually waste a lot of time playing with all the features. LOL!
