So I'm curious... how many of you have successfully started your own businesses?  Any tips?  I'm planning to start a niche market staffing company utilizing my 10 years of staffing experience.  Any thoughts?

I've ALWAYS wanted to run my own business.  I kind of took the "easy" way out by selling Silpada.  Everything's already in place, yet it truly is my own business.

Soon I will begin a service consulting business.  It's nothing elaborate right now, but it will allow some extra income where I can work from home.

So I'm useless as far as hints for you.  But good luck!  Keep us informed as to how it goes, ok?

Thanks for the good luck wishes.  I've officially launched my new business as of today.  Portland Metro Staffers.  Check out my website  www.portlandmetrostaffers.com
