LEGO Games Giveaway: Family Game Time and How We Roll (the dice, lol!)

Started by Keri Lyn , author of Blog | She Saved 12/22/2011 8:00:10 PM

We love family game time around here. It usually happens on a weekend night, however ...every now and then we sneak in a few quick games on a school night. What do I love most about family game night? The laughter. Hands down. I get the biggest kick out of playing games with my kids and it creates such a fun bonding time for us all. I especially love the games that span all age groups, so that we can all join in ....and in case you haven't experienced it ... getting whopped by a 6 year old at UNO can really put you in your place! (especially when said 6 year old reminds you about it at least 10 times the next day, as he is confidently asking if you want a re-match)

I think that one of the most exciting (and surprising) things to me about being a parent, is that it almost gives you the excuse to "act" like (with) a child sometimes... just get downright silly, goofy, crazy, belly laugh fun. Great way to spend an evening and definitely (most definitely) a stress reliever!

If you and your family love to play games too ...then you will want to make sure to enter this giveaway for a chance to win a LEGO Prize Pack: 3 LEGO Games, a $30 iTunes gift card and a copy of Gourmet Game Night!

it seams as though people don't have time for one another. When everyone sits down and plays a game you get to see others personalities and how much your children have grown.

i am thankful my mother played board games with my brother and i. it truely brought us closer together. my husband had the same with his parents. so together, with our chidren, we laugh, play and enjoy each other with each game we play. helps the children learn to communicate, and talk with us, and we get to enjoy them. its wonderful, and i wouldnt have it anyother way.

The laughter and watching the learning curve of the kids. Going from barely understanding to strategizing, amazing

Games are a great way to spend Family Home Evening with your Family. Family time is important to build relationships and grow and teach other. Games can be a great way to create memories, traditions. The more time you can spend together having fun the better relationships you can build between family members. Children learn how to treat others and also the importance of family by spendin quality time together. What better way to accomplish this than playing games. Families that play together stay together!
