I'm reading through the Bible this year...it's something I've done before, but it's been years.  I'm also focusing more on Scripture memory.

Good for you, I sincerely pray that the Lord would make Himself more and more real to you as you dig into his Word!

Yes! I so need it to transform my mind! I've been noticing how easily I slip into believing lies because the Truth is not in me like it should be.

I'm reading through the Bible this year, as well.  I'm working through the Chronological Bible plan - and it's almost like I'm reading the Bible for the first time.  Loving it.

Having real quiet time, though, is a struggle for me.  Still need to do some shuffling with  my priorities and schedules so I can have a regular devotional time, and not just Bible reading.

Debbie, I know what you mean about struggling with that devotional quiet time.  Priorities and schedules can be tough beasts to tame.  So often it seems as though once I finally get into a routine that works for me, something in life changes and the schedule needs to be adjusted again...

I have to trust that the Lord sees our effort!
