I have wanted a backyard makeover so bad. I just wanted the key pieces and not spend a fortune. It's been 3 years in this house, and we have this great big backyard with nothing but a sandbox and grill. No where to sit, and just wishful thinking. 

Finally, and I mean FINALLY, I scored a table with 4 chairs and umbrella for $135 plus a fire-pit for $30. I picked up a kids picnic table for less than $35 also and a few kid chairs for $6. I redid our whole patio and backyard for about $215!

We spend much more time outdoors now that it feels like home. The girls love having friends over for s'mores and hot dogs on the fire-pit, and we like to sit outside (even when its raining!) under the umbrella.
