I get all misty when I think back on all the fun family memories
created over the years. Some touch my heart and some tickle my
funnybone, and my favorite memories are of those where the kids had
spontaneous moments of joy.
One Halloween while waiting for trick or treat time, we got the
crazy notion to wrap Daddy up like a mummy! The kids wrapped and
wrapped....
and wrapped and wrapped...
until he was good and mummified!
And then he broke out of the
wrappings with exaggerated mummy motions, and the kids were
completely delighted! It was an unexpected sweet moment that the
kids will never forget!
