Hi, I'm new! : )   I am having such a hard time loosing the weight I have gained from the fibromyalgia medicine...  I try and try to workout as much as I can, but I really pay for it the next week.  So, I only wind up working out about 1 time a week.  I wish I could afford to get an exercise bike.  Maybe since Spring is near and the weather will be nicer, I can start walking.

Thanks for listening, I just needed someone to talk to...  Have a great day.

Jenni : )

Oh my gosh Jen, I know exactly what you mean.  I had just lost 50 pounds when the chronic pain  hit me.  Now in the almost four years since then, I have gained it all back and cant seem to lose an ounce.  Please be thankful that you can work out.  I have not been able to do so much of that.  I have an incumbant that has hardly been used.  Don't over do it.  Listen to your body.  Take care of yourself.  One day a week is so much better than none.  Also, take a look at Craig's list and freecycle for an exercise bike.  Sometimes you can find out cheap at those sites.  Some people want to get rid of them because they are gathering dust!  Thanks for posting.  I look forward to getting to know you!

Jenni,

I am right there with you.  This weight just won't budge and to top it off my hubby is a huge snacker! His idea of a diet is 3 snickers instead of 5; yet, he doesn't weigh 200 lbs.  So that doesn't help matters at all.  The only thing I can do to keep my spirits up is to tell myself how blessed I am to be able to get up and put one foot in front of another; anything after that is a blessing. Sending prayers your way.

Right there with you Shalunya.  I keep looking at my blessings.  It is the only thing that keeps me going day to day!
