Oh my gosh Jen, I know exactly what you mean. I had just lost 50 pounds when the chronic pain hit me. Now in the almost four years since then, I have gained it all back and cant seem to lose an ounce. Please be thankful that you can work out. I have not been able to do so much of that. I have an incumbant that has hardly been used. Don't over do it. Listen to your body. Take care of yourself. One day a week is so much better than none. Also, take a look at Craig's list and freecycle for an exercise bike. Sometimes you can find out cheap at those sites. Some people want to get rid of them because they are gathering dust!
