childcare cost

my huband and i are going away next weekend and leaving the kids with my pastors 21 year old daughter. we have 5 kids (well 6 but only 5 will be here) ages 1,4,6,9 and 11. she said she charges whatever is best for me. what is your suggestion. i am paying for food and such and she is not leaving the house. HELP

Ugh. Pam...I struggle with this too! We were going to have a college student watch our kids while we were gone, and I was torn as to what to pay.

Hourly isn't feasible. Can you imagine that bill?!

We have in-laws that pay $20/night. (Don't know what they do for day time? If anything?)

We had "loosely" decided on $50 dollars a day. But yeah...difficult one!
