Hi. My name is Cheryl and I live in beautiful, HOT, Florida.(Go Rays)

I am a Child of God, Wife to my Highschool sweetheart after 30 years apart, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, friend...blogger...yard sale/thrift store queen. I am a Founding Consultant for Willow House.  I current work full time but have dreams of retiring and spending time traveling, or maybe just sitting on the couch reading a book-without guilt.

Hi Cheryl - thank you for getting this started!  yes  My first ever community and I'm, well, not sure how to proceed from here!

My name is Annette and I live in Hot Springs, VA just down the street from the Homestead Resort.  My fiance and our kids are learning to live a more sustainable, off the grid lifestyle; quite a challenge when you move two teen girls from the city to a rural neighborhood.

I am working full time, attending classes in Massage Therapy part time (will graduate this December), read, knit, garden, can (lots of beans at the moment), hang out with my kids, etc.  *whew*  Makes me tired just thinking about it.  We just added laying hens to this little menagerie.
