I used Photoshop CS3. 
Open each photograph in Adobe CS3. 
Created a new canvas, drag each photograph onto that new canvas
Edit - transfrom - resize to each photo until it is the size you like
Edit - transform - rotate to each photo until you get the angle you like
Then hide the background layer (if you want it transparent)
Save and VOILA!
