Just in time for hot summer weekends and family BBQ’s, we wanted to send along a delicious ceviche recipe from Michelin-starred Chef Jeremy Bearman of New York City’s Rouge Tomate restaurant. 

Top Chef Bearman and Michelin put together a short demo preparing the ceviche of local fish with tropical fruits and kaffir lime infused sunflower oil and I thought your readers might be interested in making it for a summer cook-out family BBQ. They can download the recipe from the YouTube link.
