I sometimes feel that the art of being a housewife is a dying one. Women are so busy these days that we have lost site of some things that make our homes great. So I was hoping we could share some ideas, and tricks that you use to make your home great!

I hope i'm not too late to the discussion but I couldn't agree with you more! I try to have dinner ready when my husband gets home, not all the time but when I do it's kind of nice because we can just sit down and eat! This doesn't happen all the time but sometimes it's well worth the effort!

You aren't too late! :) This is an ongoing discussion. I think dinner on the table is great. I try to do the same thing, and dinner together at night is very important to me!

I'm going to have to learn the art of being a housewife pretty soon, as we just bought our first home and I am quitting my job!!

I love it! I think it is great that you enjoy it so much! :) I hope to someday have "housewife" as my job title, and I hope to take as much pride in it as you do :)
