iPad2 Giveaway Dinner is like eating bugs on a deserted island...

Started by RedheadRiter , author of The Redhead Riter - Witty, Intelligent & Addictive 4/12/2011 4:00:10 PM

Hectic schedules lead to the family eating unhealthy fast food from take-out establishments or boxed food in my own kitchen. On top of that, everyone eats meals at different times, so there is no social interaction with each other either. How do I get everyone eating healthy food together?

Stay tuned next month to read my Genius Tip on how I beat this challenge!

I love cooking and creating meals that taste totally different with just a few ingredients.  Too fun!  It is also much easier with children.

My challenge is to find simple recipes with few ingredients that cook fast.

Tell hubby that I could eat salmon and spaghetti every night.  Yeah, I know, they don't go together, but they are my favs!

My biggist challenge, like others is mixing it up and not having the same meals over and over. My husband actually just complained because I made something twice in one week. I liked kenmore on Facebook!

You can make lob-sided pancakes for me any day.  Just give me a call wink

MY presentation is sometimes a little off. For instance, this morning I made banana pancakes and they tasted delicious, but the presentation wasn't great. They were lop-sided and more rectangular in shape. It seems like a lot of my dishes just don't look like the pictures from the magazines. But it does taste good!

My cooking challenge is having to cook at all! If I were rich, I would definitely hire a cook over all else.

YIKES!  You are in big trouble!  You need someone around that can cook because you sound hopeless LOL wink
