Would you ever shave your head?

Under what conditions would you shave your head?

Jamie - you're so pretty and you have huge eyes - you could pull it off!

I wouldn't do it unless I had to - if my own hair was falling out from cancer or if I was supporting someone I love through a cancer battle.

But I'd look really, really ugly for a while. :)

I have thought about this before. Some people look good with no hair (mostly men, but occasionally a woman), I don't know that I'm one of those people, also I think if I would have done it, it would have been when I was younger. If I had cancer? probably, for a million dollars? Maybe so, but under regular circumstances? Probably not, anymore.

A million dollars would solve all my financial shortages and I could do all kinds of things for my extended family.  I would so chop it off.

I too get really cold and I would have an ugly head, but I wouldn't wear a wig.  I would feel like my head was smothering. I would probably just scarf it and since I sew, I could make some really pretty ones.

My hair is past the middle of my back, so if I had it shaved off for a million dollars, I would give it to Locks of Love and it would go for a good cause too.

Besides, my hair would grow back and before I knew it, I would have long hair again and still have $$$$.

Do you know anyone who wants to pay me? LOL

I think I freaked everyone out!  LOL

I gave it some serious thought -- figured would be a good way give my hair and life a fresh start.

I did shave my head... 2 weeks after my first session of chemotherapy my hair started falling out so to help it on its way.. I shaved it..

Jamie...I am right there with you.....my "beautification specialist" or hairdresser and I have talked about doing a complete shave when I'm 50....it's getting closer and I'm not sure I'd get many gigs to preach with a bald head...

to me....well I'm more than my hair and I get tired of having to pay to have it lighter and hide the gray that is coming in.....

but I'm afraid it would become like my legs....I'd only shave it when necessary so it may be way too much work

million dollars...for sure....someone with cancer...for sure...any other rebellious reason...for sure

I would for either of these two reasons - plus if someone close to me got cancer (god forbid!) and I did it to support them.

And I have three feet of hair!  Though I could give it to locks for love (is that what that's called?) Which would make me feel better about it :-)

I suppose i would if i was earning millions of pounds for charity, or maybe if my life or someone elses life depended on it. But i think in normal everyday situations then NO!

I couldn't watch my hair fall out from chemotherapy, so I would definitely shave it.  How long has it been Tracey?
