My favorite is chili spaghetti sauce which I eat over spaghetti squash.
But a second favorite is a very easy breakfast sandwich. Put a Boca sausage patty or Morning Star sausage patty on a low fat English muffin and you have a quick, tasty, low cal alternative to a fastfood high calorie sausage biscuit/muffin.
Oh! And my other is chicken vegetable soup. Pour the entire contents (including the liquid) of 1 can of green beans (I prefer Italian cut green beans), 1 can carrots, 1 can corn, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 chicken breast cut up, 1 cube chicken bouillion, and garlic salt and oregano to taste. Do NOT add water or other liquids. It's very tasty and easy to make.
