Well... I worked a grave shift for 5 years and I deal with outright insomnia at times and Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder (Sometimes I'm not even able to go to sleep until 6am) others. So, unless Hubs is gone and I HAVE to get the kids off... or I have a wedding to shoot... If I'm in bed, forget it until I've had my fill!
